I really enjoy getting a chance to play this game with others, and this community is awesome. Not only are the players kind and helpful, the devs do an amazing job keep the game fair and fun. This has been an excellent experience and I have recommended this server to many of my friends. I'm very happy to have found this community.

UFB provides a great maintenance service and custom code for the server, so everybody can progress in their own time without a race for precious ressources. They also listen closely to their player base. That makes UFB-servers a unique and great place for a long term playthrough. I'm very happy I found this server!
Perfect to play with other players but quite low server population all the times I was in. Hope to grow and make bosses together :)
I'm having fun and enjoying the builds i find around the world. The attitude of the server is pleasing and I cannot put into words how thankful I am for that.
So much more fun with friends! Seeing everyone else's builds really inspires me to be more creative with my own. Everyone here has been very helpful.

I am completely new with Valheim but I didn't want to play alone so I joined this server. I really like that I get to naturally progress throughout the game without feeling pressured to be at a certain point. I haven't gotten any unwanted help which I appreciate. I still died a lot lol. So far I really like the gameplay. The social aspect of it isn't as engaging which is fine with me but it could also be because I don't engage as much either. I can get on anytime I want and ping isn't an issue. It wasn't difficult to apply but it did take a day or 2 for a response but I am grateful to be accepted. 8/10
So far Ive really enjoyed my time here, everyone that I have met has been super friendly and I was greeted as soon as I logged into the server. Some good info was shared at that time. I'm more of a casual gamer and go from a few different games. Ive played on a few different servers and so far this one fits my play style pretty good, glad I was accepted.

Nodes for metals reset so you can’t build houses on top of them when you remove them which is kind of a bummer but I understand this is just how it is so people can get more resources. 😇
Really enjoying the server so far. I prefer as vanilla as it's possible to get, and so many turn to mods everywhere, or else settings that change the vanilla flavour of the game. This server hasn't done that. So I'm glad to have found a home that has people in it where I can live out my online Valheim Viking life. :)
Fun and genuinely relaxing - this feels like how Valheim is meant to be played. Activity and adventure are plentiful throughout the day, with players helping each other out. Resources are abundant and respawn regularly - no need to worry about joining late. You get to experience the game at your own pace, with infrequent player-based raids.
Even large, high-instance builds run without lag. Sailing with others is seamless too: no world stutter, and even if other players appear to jiggle on the boat, gameplay stays fluid.

Follow the application process. Once you're approved, you'll join a well run server, with a great community. I've really enjoyed this server. The players are friendly, and the staff is very responsive. Great place to come back to Valheim if you've been a way for a while, or like me, lost the group of friends I used to play with. There's just enough quality of life additions to make life a bit easier, but not breaking the overall challenge and mechanics of the game. It's great.

The server's super well-run, no tech hiccups at all. The community’s awesome—everyone’s helpful and teams up to get stuff done. There’s tons of humor in-game, so it’s never boring. Players come from all over the world (some from so far out they might see elephants and a turtle holding up the Earth if they lean too far). You’ll find folks online any time, day or night.
This is probably my third time joining an online server. I have mostly played solo offline.
In my previous servers, you are usually forced to catch up because the biomes unlock are shared with everyone
and worsened by some players seemingly wanting to speed run the whole game.
In this server you are free to play at your own pace as unlocks are your own.
The other players are friendly, polite, and offer to help you often.
And best of all the resources are said to be reset I think weekly, so there's no fight over them.
Very friendly community. What is very important for me- no mods, extra weapons and other bells and whistles. Just perfect vanilla gameplay. Moderators are helpfull and outgoing. Strongly recommend this server both for valheim veterans and junior vikings!
Great server and great admin(s), the community is friendly and the resources (most of them) respawn on a regular basis, allowing a fresh start for everyone. Recommended!

i really enjoy playing on this server, this server i my go to when i want to play vanilla valheim i think the people in this community are really great and its easy to make friends here. Also admin is very active and any problem u have he try to resolve it
It's a really great server. It's fun to interact with people and to hang around.
But I would still like to see events and other activities other than base gameplay. It would improve overall activity. As suggestions: PvP arena and season celebrations for winter, summer and the others.
Have been playing on Stormhold Valheim server for several months. The servers have been fun to play on. Other players are respectful and fun. The server moderators have been responsive and help when needed. Like how the server has a vanilla experience - like earning the rewards as I play and not being nerfed. Hope to continue playing until I have progress through the entire game - probably take me years. I'm in no hurry.... lol
They do an excellent job of creating a vanilla experience. The periodic dungeon resets and individualized raid levels make it possible to progress normally with a fresh character. And veteran players are happy to trade for those resources that are exhaustible.
Nice Servers, Bridges and some gibt's Like directions. Community is not crowded, but nice.

I've been wanting to play Valheim with friends for a while, and after trying it several times with friends and not finding the right timing or style, I decided to search online. After trying a couple of servers, I saw that UFB was the right one for me due to its community rules, longevity, and stability.
The community is English, but you can find Spanish-speaking people playing, and ultimately, life is made much easier these days with online translators, mobile phones, and other apps that help translate.
The server is great; it has a real server with crossplay, both normal and hardcore. All mod-free, so it's like playing the real thing. The staff is fantastic and very active, so... I don't know what else to say other than to encourage you to try it, because you won't want to leave.

I like this server very much, everyone is helpful and respectful. there are many beautifull bases and you can build, fight or whatever you want.

it´s nice to have this server, at the moment, only have did some exploring.
I got some problems with the registration and to connect the server, but de GM solve it quickly.
This has been my first experience in Valheim multiplayer servers, it's spectacular, everything is great. Technically, the server has never given any problem, everything great. Socially, all interaction with other players has been great, good vibes, curiosities and friends.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great so far! Those that are established have helped me out in an emergency when my boat got destroyed because the sea kept causing damage to it and I can see good community spirit helping each other out. I've started out fresh with this character, looking forward to getting towards the end game and grouping up for boos battles.
I'm having a great time in the server (stormhold). Everyone one is welcoming, the community is fire and we have some positives feedbacks on our constructions from importants players and admins. The staff team is pro-active et is interacting with players, which i find it nice. Awesome job out there. Thank you.

UFB is such a welcoming community for a newcomer like me. The camaraderie is incredible.
I kept dying in the Black Forest, and I was so frustrated I wanted to stop playing. Instead, I asked for help, and not only did two high-level players appear within 5 minutes, but they spent the next hour and a half recovering my gear, teaching me how to survive in the biome, repairing and expanding my base in that biome, and even organizing my disorderly chests for me.
I've made friends on this server, and I will return their kindness by helping the newcomers behind me.
nice cummunity with good ppl. i love kind of server like this. we got trader market to its kinda lively with many material to trade. its help for new player like me to understand the game xD
Great server for vanilla and great people, with almost always someone playing. And people are willing to trade materials or simply help wether it is boss or stuff retrieval
Solid server, good people on here, some minor bugs and hiccups I've had over the past month or so but nothing too major. The server does lack a central hub and at the spawn the boss trophy's don't stay for the player so if you want to switch powers you gotta go kill the boss again it seems. They need some more infrastructure into the actual world

Yeah the server is good, nice people and lots of funn alone and together. Sometimes laggy, but that can be me with my wifi connection.
This is my first server to join. So i dont know any more reference. But for me the server is good. Recourses generate over time. So yeah good server!
This is the best Valheim server I've played on so far. No weird quests, the resources regenerate automatically over time, wards prevent damage to structures, and I don't have to have any mods installed whatsoever! And of course everyone is friendly and helpful. Great vanilla experience!
Great very friendly server that strikes the perfect balance imho. Both experienced player and completely new player friendly, definitely recommend!
This has been a great intro to the multi-player experience for me. Admins are very responsive and helpful. It has been fun to have other players around to help and trade with.
Very friendly community. Admin is very helpful and responds to messages very quickly. Doesn't have a million stupid rules like other Valheim servers do. I would say my only tiny issue is with burial grounds and other locations like that don't refresh as often as I would like. Even as I say this they have just recently implemented a system to improve this with them refreshing weekly. I would maybe prefer it if they took it a step further and refreshed more often. Overall, a very positive experience.
It's tough, but doable. The experienced players are helpful and know not to make it easy for others

Honestly a pretty supportive community, when i am actually playing with folks online everyones friendly and helpful including the admin. It would be nice to see a little more of a server hub and support to spread players out more because the grind for resources is absolutely grueling, especially bronze age which was already grindy in single player. aside from a little of that i enjoy the server

I'm playing on the no map server, and it is a really immersive experience, the community is nice and kind, and everything is good so far, been playing here for 2 weeks now roughly. Cheers!
Is good, am very picky. Good discord/communication and access, server is always up and I don’t DC or have lag or issues in proximity to the players. QoL mods on server side I think to manage server or anticheat etc. but all very vanilla. The resources and cells respawn periodically so there isn’t a shortage of resources, while the resets are periodic enough to not promote “farming” of the same ores or dungeons or stuff like oil pits. People are nice, admin seems very nice when asking questions or needing clarification, ppl doing bosses together and trading and stuff. It’s a bit of a gem in its current state and I love the long term reset schedule and multiple servers. I’m at 4000 hours in Valheim (it’s fine I talked to a therapist) and I really am rather picky about a fair, well-managed vanilla experience and this is very good. I think it would also be good for a beginner tho, too.
Playing on Stormhold has been so much fun! Everyone I've met has been nice, and up for epic viking adventures. This was my first community server experience and I'd highly reccomend!

Áskorun's no map option was a game changer. I never had such fun in Valheim before! Very strange but this made me realise how valuable cartographer's work is.
The hadful of player's I have met were very active, helpful, communcative and I could see from their builds that they love the game as much as I do. Couldn't have wished for a better team. Can't wait for the reset to start again with them!
One more thing, Sickbrain, the founder admin (owner) is really the role model how admins should treat their playerbase and their technical issues with the server.
The people I've encountered so far have all been great. I've played for almost a week and still going strong. Server is well-maintained and has a friendly environment.

Awesome server, just what I was looking for, it has anti cheat/griefing protections so I feel safe playing here and I did not need to download any mods to join. I love the game but my own world was lonely, this server lets me play solo in a world with other Vikings! Doing my own thing but in my travels I run into other Vikings bases and see them moving around the map. I can advance at my own pace, my base is only raided by the level I am at so I can take as long as I want to progress, serpents are not going to slaughter me in the ocean although the same can't be said about my neighbourhood troll - he's sneaky for a big guy.
Admin are active and answer questions quickly in discord, their resets allow resources/dungeons etc so it is not a fight getting resources to progress. I would recommend this server to those who want a chill, safe server to play solo or with friends. Hope to see some new Vikings in the future and if I run into you in the ocean I promise it will be by accident... I am still mastering sailing!

The people on the server are very nice and I experienced no griefing. The server isn't running 100% smooth (yet) but that's okay. The admin is very passionate and trying to always improve and help. I like the dungeons resets and that it's very vanilla except for very small quality of life improvements.
I would recommend new players to get of the starting island asap tough because boars are hard to find there 😅

first multiplayer and community server for me in this game. I really enjoy the casual concept of this server and it seems to be well maintained. Everybody can progress on his own speed and has to. So far it has been a nice experience.

My first experience on a community server. Friendly, helpful atmosphere and a brilliant idea with regenerating dungeons. Haven't witnessed any griefing or bad behavior in general.
The recoding generally works, but a few things needs to be worked out - which they are. Admin is attentive and quick to respond to any problems.

Really enjoying the console server. Spawn island is a brilliant experience, unspoilt by the progress of other players. There is a good community spirit between the players and the Admin staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Well done on a brilliant server. Skål! 👏
Great Valheim server with great admin support. Also felt very welcomed. Hope to see more on the console server. And all crypts and caves are a dead sentenced if not prepared for an army of dwellers. A very safe & solid experience on this server. The staff are also very helpful & incredibly fast at putting things right if necessary, such as resetting empty dungeons if you are genuinely struggling within reason. You need not worry about progress being hindered much like with playing vanilla solo, the staff will make sure of it.
Another nice touch is any attacks on your base trigger an auto ban & will cause no damage so you can feel safe too.
Definitely worth a try.

I've been playing UFB Valheim for about a week now and am really enjoying it. They've done a great job of balancing the game for folks just arriving. I was looking for a new character experience and I felt like I was able to do that even with seasoned players living there. The community is friendly and very helpful when asked anything. I would definitely recommend jumping in if you are not looking for a highly curated Valheim world and want to experience it the way it was meant to be.

Been on since February and bloody love it!
Started off with not much of an expectation but oh boy, oh boy! As soon as I started I was greeted by two others and shown around their place, got given a wolf pet and sent on my way.
The community is absolutely fantastic, a real positive bunch that are up for helping one another, adventuring and making plans for the future of the server!
The server admins are doing a bang up job too, always working hard, asking for feedback, open to new ideas.

I joined the server with a friend and my experience so far has been quite positive. Since then, I have joined a cult, seen war crimes against pigs and have seen amazing builds. 10/10
